Chapter Seven
and The LORD said to Noah, "Come into the ark, you and your family, because you I have seen Righteous before me amidst this generation, ,
and of every clean beast, you shall take in with you, seven male and seven female, and of unclean beasts, you shall take in only two male and two female, ,
and of birds, seven male and seven female, , to keep their seed alive on the earth.
After another seven days, I will cause it to rain on the earth, and it shall rain forty days and forty nights, and every living substance that I have made, I will destroy from the face of the earth.", ,
and Noah did according to all that The LORD commanded him, ,
and Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was on the earth, ,
and Noah had gone in, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons’ wives with him, into the ark, because of the flood of water that was to come.
Of clean beasts and of unclean beasts, of birds and everything that creeps on the earth, ,
they had gone into the ark by sevens and by twos, the male and the female, as God had commanded Noah, ,
and it came to pass that after seven days, the waters of the flood were on the earth.
In the six hundredth year, on the seventeenth day of the second month of Noah’s life, all of the fountains of the earth were caused to gush forth and simultaneously, the rain windows of heaven were opened, ,
and it rained on the earth, a total of forty days and forty nights.
On the same day that Noah had entered the ark, his sons Shem, Ham, and Japheth, Noah’s wife and his sons wives had gone in with him, into the ark, ,
they and every beast after its kind, and all the cattle after its kind, and every creeping thing after its kind, and every bird after its kind, ,
and they had come to Noah, and had gone into the ark, by sevens and by twos, of all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, ,
the male and the female of all flesh, as God had commanded him, and The LORD shut him in, ,
and the flood was forty days on the earth, and when the depth of water had increased sufficiently, the ark began to float, ,
and the waters prevailed and increased greatly upon the earth, and the ark rode the waves on the face of the waters of the global flood thereof, ,
and the waters prevailed exceedingly on the earth, and to the extent that the highest of all the hills were under the waters of the flood.
For fifteen cubits above the mountains, the waters prevailed, ,
and all flesh that moved on the earth, died, , all of the birds, all of the cattle, and every beast and every creeping thing, , and every man, woman, and child, ,
in whose nostrils had been the breath of life on the dry lands of the earth, ,
and every living substance was destroyed from the face of the earth, man, beast, birds and reptiles, , and only Noah and they that were with him in the ark, remained alive, ,
and the waters of the flood were on the earth an hundred and fifty days.
